Describe yourself
Rate yourself on each behaviour. Your answers save as you go. Nobody else can see them. In the report they appear next to what others said, so you can see where the two views differ.
Multi-rater leadership assessment
Your manager, your peers and your team answer a short questionnaire about how you lead. You get a written report that puts their view next to your own, and a plan for the next 90 days. Nobody sees who said what.

How it works
You pick your raters, you send the invitations, and your home page always shows what is still outstanding. You never have to wait on an administrator to find out where things stand.
Rate yourself on each behaviour. Your answers save as you go. Nobody else can see them. In the report they appear next to what others said, so you can see where the two views differ.
Add your manager, peers and team members and send the invitations yourself, so people know the request is from you. They answer from a link on their phone. No login, about ten minutes.
Once each group has enough responses, your report is scored, written and released. Read it here or download the PDF. Then the 90-day plan starts.
Inside the report
A written report, twelve to sixteen pages, in the app and as a PDF. Every score comes from a fixed, versioned questionnaire, so a number means the same thing in this cycle as it did in the last one. The method is printed in the report itself.
Each behaviour gets a page: what your stakeholders are telling you, the one thing to work on next, and how you will know it is working.
Every behaviour is placed in a named stage, from needs attention to role model, and compared with other leaders in your organisation and cohort once there are enough of them for the comparison to be fair.
Your own score sits beside the combined score from everyone else. A big gap in either direction is called out, because that is usually where the most useful learning is.
The report ends with commitment sheets and a plan. From there you move into an Actifyr journey, with a re-measure at day 90 to see what changed.
Privacy of feedback
So the rules are built into the software rather than left to good manners, and both sides can see them. Raters are shown the rule before they answer a single question. Participants see the same rule on their own dashboard.
As a participant you can see how many people in each group have responded. You cannot see who has, and you cannot see what any one person said.
Peers and team members are reported as a group only once at least three of them have answered. Below that their answers are merged into the overall score, and the group is not shown anywhere: not in a chart, a table, the written pages or a download.
Comments are grouped by behaviour and summarised. Names, details that would give away who wrote it and one-off events are removed first. Word-for-word comments appear only if the programme allows it and the group is large enough.
The model that drafts the report is given scores and the cleaned-up summaries. It is never given rater names, email addresses or raw comments.
Answers are encrypted on the way in and at rest. Each organisation sets how long they are kept, 36 months by default, after which they are deleted. Anyone can ask for their own data to be erased.
There are no performance review, pay or ranking features in this product. Your report is for you and the people helping you grow.
For consulting partners
Actifyr360 does the work behind a partner's assessment programme: the questionnaire, the cycles, the privacy rules, the scoring, the writing and the report. The client sees the partner's name and the partner's expertise.
Your name on it: logo, colours, sending domain, report cover.
Versioned questionnaires, locked for each cycle so scores stay comparable.
Preview every page with synthetic data before a real person sees it.
Benchmarks that build up over time, across cohorts and organisations.
